Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Items must be:

  • In their original condition with tags attached (if applicable) and any packaging must also be in 'resellable' condition.

  • Unused and free from damage - take care if wearing make-up as this can transfer easily to garments.

  • Returned neatly - garments creased, inside-out, handled without care may be rejected for a refund.

Refund Process

  1. Email orders@trio.net.nz with your order details to initiate a return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to: 44 Pukete Road St Andrews, Hamilton 3200

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and a brief explanation. If your claim is approved we will provide a replacement of the exact item. If we can not provide a replacement then we will arrange a refund. We may request further inspection and provide a courier ticket for returning the garment.
