Shipping policy

Shipping Locations We ship to all locations within New Zealand. International shipping is not currently available.

Processing/Dispatch Orders without branding are processed within 1-3 business days and dispatched within 1-5 business days. Orders that require branding are usually 5-10 business days unless stated (ie: our MERCH page may have customised dates and deadlines).

Delivery Times Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier services. Delays may occur outside of our control (ie: stock issues, courier delays, unforeseen circumstances). You will be notified as soon as issues are known.

Tracking Orders Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor progress.
